Total Lunar Eclipse Full Moon

Tonight’s Total Lunar Eclipse Full Moon Feels Extraordinary. The moon glows right into my bedroom and last night I felt it coming in.

There are moments in time when the sky seems to mirror the state of the world bright, exposed, emotional, undeniable. This Full Moon is one of those moments.

A Full Moon illuminates what has been hidden. It brings truth to the surface. It heightens emotion. It asks us to see clearly  even when clarity feels uncomfortable.

And look at where we are.

The world feels raw. Divided in places. Grieving in others. Systems shifting. Old structures cracking. So much feels uncertain. Under a Full Moon like this, the collective nervous system can feel amplified. You may notice heightened sensitivity, vivid dreams, restless sleep, deeper emotions rising without explanation.

This is not random.

Full Moons are culmination points. They are cosmic high tides. Just as the ocean swells, so do we. And when the tide rises, everything comes up — grief, hope, anger, compassion, exhaustion, longing, love.

But here is the deeper truth:

Illumination is not destruction. Illumination is awareness.

What is being revealed in the world right now is not here to break us — it is here to awaken us. To show us where healing is needed. Where integrity must return. Where compassion must lead. Where we are being called to rise rather than retreat.

Full Moons remind us that darkness is never permanent. The Moon is brightest when the night is deepest. Light does not deny the dark — it coexists with it.

Tonight, instead of being overwhelmed by the noise of the world, step outside if you can. Let the moonlight touch your face. Breathe slowly. Place your hand on your heart. Take a moon bath.

Ask yourself:

What is being illuminated within me?

What is ready to be released?

What truth am I strong enough to face now?

The state of the world shifts when the state of our inner world shifts.

Collective healing begins with regulated nervous systems. With open hearts. With people willing to stay conscious instead of reactive.

This Full Moon is not here to frighten us.

It is here to awaken us.

To remind us of our power.

To call us back to love — not the soft, bypassing kind, but the courageous kind. The kind that is there unconditionally.

May tonight’s moonlight steady you.

May it clarify your path.

May it remind you that even in uncertain times, we are still guided by light.
