This is the time of year when we reflect back on the time that has passed and set our intentions for the year ahead. We all can agree that life events in some way have changed all of us. We think of all our successes, the times we think we might have fallen short, how we handled our emotions, thoughts and feelings. Most importantly, what we’d like to create as we hunker down and move into a New Year. I will be holding my 

ANNUAL VISIONING and GOAL SETTING WORKSHOP on Sunday, January 8th, 2023
from 2:00-4:00pm PST via Zoom.

As we review what happened this year and move forward to what’s next, every one of us will have the time to pause, reflect and go over how this past year has affected our lives and what 2023 will look like for YOU.

Michelangelo famously stated, “In every block of marble I see a statue as plain as though it stood before me, shaped and perfect in attitude and action. I have only to hew away the rough walls that imprison the lovely apparition to reveal it to the other eyes as mine see it.”
 
How we frame an objective is as important as understanding the desired outcome. Moving towards a goal improves performance and our well-being. It also reduces the anxiety, depression and overwhelming stress that has come up for some of us . Clear understanding is also critical to maintaining focus and drive as we move forward. Yes, we will move forward despite appearances otherwise.
